LAST OP & ED... anime ended Sept 13th (2004) with airing of 166/167 -____- NANDE?!!!

Comic is published weekly in Shonen Sunday, manga (#54 out now) published by Shogakukan.
Manga is ending with File 558 (In Shonen Sunday that comes out June 18, 2008) ! Hard to believe!! ; __ ;
Vol 56 will be the last tankubon

English translated version of the comic slowly coming out by VIZ Communications. English dub version was seen on Adult Swim
on the Cartoon Network in USA (and airs on YTV in Canada) DVDs with subtitles been were put out by VIZ. 3 episodes a disc.
3 episodes might seem like a rip off but at least the price is ok, especially compared to the R2 Avex DVDs (3 episodes a disc too but a nice ~$58US each!)

Inu Yasha been popular enough to warrant a theatrical movie. First movie came out Dec 15, 2001 in theatres in Japan.
Movie title is "Toki wo Koeru Omoi" (Affections Touching Across Time)
Storyline is completely different to the TV series (no focus on the Shikon Jewel). 3 youkai are the main
new enemies : Menoumaru (voiced by Seki Tomokau), Hari (Kamikawa Tomoko) and Ruri (Shiina Hekiru).
Song in the film is by Ayumi Hamasaki, "No More Words" (movie soundtrack came out Dec 12, 2001).
Seiyuu Cast Pic

First movie DVD came out in August, '02. Better still, a SECOND movie came out Dec 21, 2002.
Title is "Kagami no Naka no Mugen Jyou" (Illusionary Castle in the Looking Glass (Mirror))
Main story has something to do with the popular Japanese folktale, "Taketori Monogatari".
The enemy seems to be the princess who went back to the moon (in Taketori).
E.L.T. (Every Little Thing) is doing the song.

Shonen Sunday 45 Pull Out Poster

Third movie came out in December 18, 2003. Shonen Sunday #33 (2003) has mini foldout poster
Title is "Tenka Hadou no Ken." It's supposed to be about the Inuyasha & Sesshoumaru's father
and the existence of another sword they don't know about (yet). Could have a real dog fight this time ^^
Namie Amuro did the song " Four Seasons "
R2 DVD comes out Aug 27, 2004 (5040Yen)

FOURTH movie comes out in December 23, 2004: " Inuyasha Guren no Houraijima " (Fire on the Mystic Island)
Song this time is done by D.A.I., " Rakuen " (Paradise) Maxi CD with bonus DVD (1300Yen AVEX) comes out Dec 15th in Japan.
The DVD (R2) has promo clips for the movie. ^_^

4th movie was the last one? No word of one for Dec 2005 in any of the JP anime mags =(

a slightly rough finish to the back side (so it won't slip on a desk surface). Known as Paddass.
